Apricot Pie - This pie is so easy to make, it's ready in no time.
Pie with apricots, ingredients:
- 500 g pie crust,
- 1 kg of apricots,
- 100 g of sugar (I used natural brown sugar),
- 2 vanilla sugar and
- oil.
Pie with apricots, preparation:
- Clean the apricots from the pits, sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix gently.
- Take two peels each, sprinkle with a little oil, and arrange densely packed apricots on one end of the peel.
- Roll up and arrange in a greased pan until all the skins are used.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake the pie until it is nicely browned, the apricots will release their juice during baking.
I recommend eating this pie cold, sprinkled with brown sugar to taste, or with vanilla ice cream.
