Pie with apricots - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Apricot Pie - This pie is so easy to make, it's ready in no time.

Pie with apricots, ingredients:

  • 500 g pie crust,
  • 1 kg of apricots,
  •  100 g of sugar (I used natural brown sugar),
  • 2 vanilla sugar and
  • oil.

Pie with apricots, preparation:

  • Clean the apricots from the pits, sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix gently.
  • Take two peels each, sprinkle with a little oil, and arrange densely packed apricots on one end of the peel.
  • Roll up and arrange in a greased pan until all the skins are used.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Bake the pie until it is nicely browned, the apricots will release their juice during baking.

I recommend eating this pie cold, sprinkled with brown sugar to taste, or with vanilla ice cream.
