Meat pie.
Pie with meat, ingredients:
You need for the filling:
- 600 g of minced meat, pork or mixed beef and pork,
- 300 g of black onion,
- 500 g pie crust,
- parsley leaf,
- fat or oil,

- pepper.
To coat the crust:
- 5 haha,
- 1 tea cup of yogurt,
- a small coffee cup of oil and
- a little salt.
Pie with meat, preparation:
- Put fat or oil in a bowl and add chopped onion and stir.
- Add minced meat and a little water and stew the meat and onion, when it is ready add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the filling from the stove to cool.
- Prepare the mass for coating the crust by separating the egg whites from the egg yolks and using a mixer to beat the egg whites into firm snow, then add the egg yolks and a tea cup of yogurt, a little salt, a small coffee cup of oil and mix everything.
- Place two crusts in a greased tray or on parchment paper and coat them with egg filling and then place one crust at a time and coat each one with egg filling and put the meat filling in two places.
- At the end, put two more crusts and cover with coating.
- Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, that is, the pie is ready when it starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
