Pie with young cheese - soft and juicy, reminiscent of childhood.

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 300 g of young cheese
  • 2 dl oil
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 0,5 bags of baking powder
  • salt (little)
  • sesame seeds (a little for sprinkling)
  1. Beat the egg whites first, then add the egg yolk, crumble it, add oil, sour water, salt and baking powder.
  2. Mix the filling well with a fork.
  3. Put two spoonfuls of filling on each crust. Roll up the crust from one side and the other and make a noodle.
  4. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
  5. Arrange in a baking tray and cover with a little filling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
