Pizza margarita with four types of cheese. An excellent version of the Italian classic. Feta cheese adds a rich flavor that enhances this dish.
Pizza margarita, ingredients:
- a quarter cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- half a teaspoon of sea salt
- 4 tablespoons of tomato juice
- tomatoes, 8 smaller ones, cut into rings
- half-baked pizza crusts, 2 pieces, diameter 30-32 cm
- 200 g of chopped mozzarella cheese
- 100 g of grated hard mature cheese
- 10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried or XNUMX tablespoon dried basil
- half a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
Pizza margarita, preparation:
- Mix olive oil, garlic and salt; add tomato juice and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
- Brush each pizza crust with some of the tomato marinade.
- Sprinkle the pizza crusts evenly with Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses.
- Arrange tomatoes on top, then sprinkle with chopped basil, Parmesan and feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
