Pizza Pie – I'll just say – yum, yum, yum…

  • 500 g of thin crusts
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g of wheat semolina (i.e. 6 large bowls)
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 0,5 liter of yogurt
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 300 g of ham (grated)
  • 300 g of cheese (grated)
  • ketchup
  • Origan
  • Sesame
  1. Beat eggs, semolina, salt, baking powder, yogurt and oil with a mixer or whisk, whichever is more convenient. Divide the crusts into 4 groups of 4 crusts each (if there are more than 16 crusts, divide the rest as well.
  2. Coat the first crust with filling with a chef's brush, put the second crust on top of it and repeat the process, also do the same with the third crust. Put the fourth crust over the third crust. At the beginning of the fourth crust, put kepka, sprinkle with oregano and grated ham and cheese. Wrap it in a roll, and place it in a greased tray (or on baking paper). Fold the ends down so that the filling does not fall out.
  3. Repeat the process until the skins and filling are used up. MAKE SURE there is enough filling left (about 2 ladles) to cover the top of the pie before baking.
  4. The pie covered in this way with the rest of the filling can be sprinkled with sesame seeds if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, ie until golden brown. Cover the baked pie with a cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes, then cut it and serve.
