Pizza crawlers - Ivana Pešić
- 300 g of flour
- 120 ml milk
- 1/2 cube of yeast
- 50 ml of water
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 200 g salami
- 200 g of cheese
- 100 g margarine
- 100 ml of kecap
- 1 yolk
- Add yeast, sugar and 1 teaspoon of flour to lukewarm milk and water. Leave
- to come.
- Pour milk with yeast into a suitable container, add oil, salt and knead the dough with flour. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin and coat with kepka. Then sprinkle with grated salami and kackavalje. Roll it into a roll and cut it into 1 cm thick pieces. Arrange the caterpillars in a tray lined with baking paper. Coat them with melted margarine and beaten egg yolk. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
