Blue salad - the blue potato (it is purple when cut) is a true exotic. It originates from the Peruvian Andes, and was a favorite dish of the rulers of that time.

It is rich in antioxidants (anthocyanins), minerals and vitamins. Scientists claim that it has a stimulating effect in the fight against various diseases. It is also attributed with aphrodisiac properties.

Blue salad - blue potatoes (it's purple when cut) is a true exotic. It originates from the Peruvian Andes, and was a favorite dish of the rulers of that time.

  • 250 gr. blue potatoes
  • 250 gr. white potatoes
  • chard (amount as desired)
  • 4 cloves of young garlic
  • salt (oil, vinegar)
  1. Boil blue and white potatoes in separate bowls and cut them into rings.
  2. Chop the Swiss chard (leaves and stalks) and add to the potatoes, then add chopped young garlic.
  3. Add salt, vinegar and oil, combine and serve.
