Cake made from silly dough - Suzana Mitić

Suzana Mitic scones from sour dough, recipes and cookbook online

  • 300 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 spoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 dl oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt i
  • 1 kg of flour.

To coat the cake, you need:

  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • a little sesame.
  1. Knead the dough from all the listed ingredients. Put it in an oiled bag in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part as thinly as possible with a rolling pin and coat with margarine. Cut the dough into 16 parts, like for rolls.
  3. Twist each part and make rolls. Cut each roll in half and arrange in a circle in the pan.
  4. Coat the entire scone with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 C until golden brown. Pleasant.
