Tiramisu - Snezana Kitanović
Tiramisu.
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/2 kg. sugar
- 1 bag of gelatin (10 gr.)
- 500 gr. Swabian cheese
- 750 gr. sweet cream
- no coffee
- 1-2 glasses of red wine
- 2 large boxes of biscuits
- like dust
- rum
- Beat egg yolks and sugar with a mixer and steam.
- To dissolve the sugar, gradually add 1 glass of red wine until the mixture thickens and the sugar dissolves.
- When it's ready, remove it from the heat and immediately melt the gelatin with 4 tablespoons of cold water, then add it to the hot filling and combine. Leave to cool well.
- Mix the Swabian cheese with the cooled filling.
- Whip the sweet cream and combine with the previous mass (mix with a mixer, but not at the highest speed).
- Brew a cup of coffee without coffee and when it cools down (it should not be lukewarm), add rum and sweeten it with a little sugar.
- Dip the biscuits and arrange them in a slightly deeper dish (width 23cm, length 31cm, depth 10cm.).
- Arrange a row of horizontally placed cookies, then the filling, then some cocoa powder, then a row of vertically placed cookies, then the filling and cocoa powder over it.
