This smoky scone would never have been made, if I hadn't accidentally spilled milk on the plate on which two bags of smoky were handed out. And since I love smoky, I decided to make a scone with smoky. Believe me, it is very tasty and very unusual.
Smoky cake, ingredients:
- 700 g of flour,
- 20 g of yeast,
- 200 ml of yogurt,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 50 ml of oil,
- 2 bags of smoke, i.e. 100g,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Smoky cake, preparation:
- Soak the yeast in lukewarm milk, then add sugar and stir to dissolve the yeast.
- Then add the rest of the milk, yogurt, salt, oil, flour and knead a medium hard dough. Finally, slowly add the figs.
- Leave it in a warm place to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Form the desired shape of the cake.
- Cover the pan with baking paper, then put the cake down, let it rest for another twenty minutes.
- Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, then reduce it to 180 degrees and bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
- Decorate the cake to taste.
