Cake, ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast,
  • 225 ml of milk,
  • 125 ml of water,
  • 100 g of fat,
  • 2 egg yolks and
  • 100 ml of oil.

To coat:

  • 1 egg yolk

For sprinkling:

  • black sesame (1 teaspoon).

Cake, preparation:

  • Add a little salt, sugar, yeast and a little flour to the lukewarm milk.
  • Leave it warm for about 10 minutes.
  • When the yeast rises, add oil, fat, water, sugar, egg yolk and flour.
  • Knead the mixture so that it is not too hard.
  • Let's leave it for about an hour in a warm place for the dough to rise.
  • Let's divide the dough into two parts.
  • Take a little dough from the first and second part and make a ball for the middle.
  • Make balls from the first part and arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper.
  • Roll out the second part, cut it as shown in the picture, cut it in the middle and form a leaf.
  • Arrange the paper in a circle on the balls, the tip goes on the ball.
  • Put a ball in the middle of the dough.
  • Coat the dough with egg yolk, and sprinkle the middle ball with black sesame seeds.
  • Leave the cake to rise for another 45 minutes and bake it in a heated oven at 200 degrees, until it is baked.
