Scones.
Cake, ingredients:
- 800 g of flour,
- half a cube of fresh yeast,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of oil and
- 400 ml of lukewarm water.
To coat:
- 1 egg.
For sprinkling:
- To taste cumin, sesame...
Cake, preparation:
- Mix the yeast in a little lukewarm water, then add a spoonful of flour and sugar. Leave the yeast to rise.
- Pour the added yeast into the bowl, then add the flour, salt, oil, water and mix everything well. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a circle, then poke in the middle with the handle of a rolling pin, i.e. make a circle by poking.
- Brush the scone with beaten egg.
- Sprinkled with sesame seeds and cumin, just the circle of bread that you made with a steamer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. How long it takes depends on your oven.
