Scones with cheese.
Cheese scones, ingredients:
- 400 g of flour,
- 1/2 baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 1 glass of sour milk,
- 3 eggs,
- 250 g of cheese,
- sesame,
- linseed.
Scones with cheese, preparation:
- Place flour, baking powder, salt, oil, 2 eggs, sour milk and cheese in a bowl.
- Knead everything, roll out with a rolling pin to about 1 cm.
- Remove with a glass and place in a baking tray, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
