Fried zucchini with dill sauce.

Fried zucchini with dill sauce, ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini,
  • 3 eggs,
  • corn flour,
  • I know i
  • mast

For the sauce:

  • spoon of fat,
  • 2 spoons of flour,
  • water,
  • dill,
  • I know i
  • vinegar.

Fried zucchini with dill sauce, preparation:

  • Clean the courgettes and cut them into rings, but so that they are not very thin, or if they are larger, cut them lengthwise and cut the resulting pieces in half.
  • Salt the resulting pieces and let them drain.
  • Put the fat in the pan to heat it up and in the meantime beat the eggs.
  • Roll the zucchini in cornmeal, then in eggs and fry in hot fat.
  • When the zucchini is fried, put the fat in a pan to heat it up and add the flour to fry it a little, stirring constantly.
  • Then add a cup of water and chopped dill and stir to thicken the sauce, add salt and vinegar to taste.
  • Serve fried zucchini with dill sauce.
