Scones with sesame seeds.
Sesame cake, ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt,
- 1 glass of lukewarm water,
- 2 teaspoons of sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g),
- 1 cup of oil,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tablespoons of black sesame,
- 1 tablespoon of white sesame,
- 1 teaspoon of salt and
- 850 g of flour.
To coat:
- 1 egg yolk and
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Combine yogurt, water, sugar and yeast.
- Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, sesame, black sesame and oil gradually. Stir all the time, then add the eggs. Stir, then add the yogurt mixture. First combine with a blender, then knead the dough with your hands. Cover and let it rest for about an hour.
- Transfer the dough to a floured work surface, knead and divide into two parts.
- Roll out the first part of the dough in the form of a circle with a diameter of about 35 cm and transfer it to the parchment paper. Make a circle in the middle of the dough with a round plate.
- Form a circle with your fingers, and make indentations with a glass.
- Brush the cake with beaten egg yolk to which you have added oil.
- Transfer with parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
- From the second half of the dough, make a cake in the same way or something to your taste.
