Lean potato pie - a very tasty pie that my family loves.
- 500 g pie crust
- 2 pieces of leek (waist)
- 5 pieces of potatoes
- 1 glass of mineral water
- 1 cup of oil
- salt (spice, pepper, ground pepper to taste)
- Finely chop the leek and sauté it in oil, add the grated potatoes and fry everything together, stirring constantly so that it does not burn. Add salt, vegeta, pepper, a little ground. peppers, if you like hot peppers. Cool down.
- Take one peel, spray it with acid water and oil, put another peel over it and spray it only with mineral water.
- Spread the filling over the second crust, fold the crust in half on both sides and roll up.
- Arrange in a greased tray. Do this until all the material is used up.
- Bake in a heated oven at 250 degrees. At the end of baking, reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. .
