Chocolate miracle - Snezana Kitanović - Recipes and Cookbook online
Another wonderful chocolate treat…
For the passport you need:
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of margarine
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 4 teaspoons of flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
For the filling you need:
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Substrate preparation procedure:
- Beat egg yolks and sugar, add melted margarine and chocolate, flour mixed with baking powder and finally snow from egg whites.
- Bake for about 20 min. at 180C.
Procedure for preparing ganache cream:
- Heat the sweet cream, chocolate and sugar over low heat, stirring until it boils. Prick the baked patishpanj with a fork in several places and while it is still warm, pour the warm filling over it.
- The filling is thin but will firm up in the fridge after a few hours.
- Cool the cake first at room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator to cool well.
- Serve with sweet cream.
Decoration: red and white currants; mojito mint leaves.
