Lean pie with leeks, potatoes and mushrooms.

Lean pie with leeks, potatoes and mushrooms, ingredients:

  • 8 crusts for gibanica,
  • 300 g of leek,
  • 300 g of potatoes,
  • 300 g of mushrooms,
  • 150 g of lean cheese,
  • 50 ml of oil,
  • 1 dl of sour water,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Lenten pie with leeks, potatoes and mushrooms, preparation:

  • Finely chop the leek, add grated potatoes, mushrooms and cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Mix oil and sour water.
  • Coat the sheet of crust with oil and sour water, put the second crust, coat it in the same way, sprinkle with the mixture but, not all the way, fold it from the left and right sides, a little, so that it does not leak and fold it into a roll. Do the same with the other crusts.
  • Coat them with oil and sour water and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
