Lean ham.
- 280 gr. sugar
- 280 gr. almonds
- lemon juice
- raspberry extract
- 50 gr. cooking chocolates
- Put 280 gr. sugar, very little water (3-4 spoons to cover the sugar), lemon juice, then let it boil.
- Add 280 gr. to the cooked syrup. peeled, peeled and ground almonds.
- Cook almonds in sugar until a thick hard mass is obtained, then remove it from the stove and divide it into two parts.
- Add a few drops of raspberry extract to one half, and leave the other half white.
- Place both masses on a board sprinkled with sugar, then make a ham shape out of the red mass (like a roll).
- Then, roll out the white half of the mass, and put a red loaf of dough in it so that the red part is covered with white and it looks like ham.
- Cover the "ham" with chocolate glaze, let it dry and cut it into thin rings.
