The new Chef of the Hyatt, Abdul Nasser Khlef, presented a new concept of Arabic cuisine to the guests and visitors of the hotel.
Chef Nasser, born Syrian, came to the Belgrade Hyatt at the beginning of this year, and in previous years he successfully built his career at the Waldorf Astoria and Grand Hyatt hotels in Dubai.
Arabic cuisine brings the tastes and smells of the Orient, and from now on the menu of the Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel's restaurant will also include authentic Arab dishes and traditional specialties of that climate, such as hummus, grilled Halloumi sir, fattoush, Mashawi mushakaleh – Syrian mixed meat, lamb Shish kebab, the lamb kofta kebab, chicken Swelling skewers, Arabic bread, but also seafood dishes, grilled gambori, Mullets fish and sea bass in tahini sauce.
In addition to a wide range of appetizers, main dishes, salads and sauces, sweets lovers will have the opportunity to sweeten themselves with oriental desserts and exotic fruit salads.
Chef Nasser is dedicated to the mysterious art of combining spices, different flavors and aromas, and everything groceries arrive at the hotel directly from Dubai. He will prepare meals according to Islamic principles and requirements Halal standards, with the use of olive and sesame oil, as well as various spices: cumin, harissa, cardamom, cayenne pepper, saffron and of course tahini paste, which give dishes a specific taste and aroma.
