Proja - there is beauty in simplicity.
Proja, ingredients:
- 220 g of corn grits,
- 3 dl of lukewarm water,
- 1 teaspoon of salt and
- 1 tablespoon of fat for greasing the pan.
Eating, preparing:
- Pour lukewarm water into the corn grits and add a teaspoon of salt, mix everything well, the mass should be quite thin.
- Grease the pan liberally with oil. Transfer the mixture and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Cut the roasted proja as desired and serve.
