Fried - Danijela Žikić - Recipes and Cookbook online

Fried (my mom's old recipe).

Fried, ingredients:

  • 3 medium onions
  • 8 medium bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 40 ml of oil or a tablespoon of fat
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 100 g of cheese

Fried, preparation:

  • Dice the onion.
  • Fry in hot oil for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Wash the pepper, separate it from the seeds and cut it into cubes. Add to fried onions. Add salt. Mix and continue frying for about 5 minutes.
  • Peel the tomato and cut it into smaller pieces (do not let the juice drain when chopping the tomato), add the pepper and onion.
  • Stew everything together for about 20 minutes. At the end, add sugar, mix and fry briefly.
  • Serve warm, add cheese to taste!
