  • 500 g of cleaned pumpkin
  • 300 g of peeled pickled apples
  • 200 g of oranges with peel (unpeeled)
  • 100 g of cleaned quinces
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  1. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces and put it in a larger pot, to cover the bottom, then pour about 1 dl of water and cook at a high temperature for 5 minutes from the moment it boils.
  2. Then, mix the fruit with a stick mixer, add sugar and cook at a low temperature for about an hour. Just to note that the cooking time depends on the diameter of the pot.
  3. The jam is ready when you can see the bottom of the pan when stirring. Then add lemon juice and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars.
