Stuffed Rice Balls - Great, crispy rice balls.

  • 1 salt of rice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 200 g of minced meat
  • 50 g of peas
  • 1 onion
  • 3 spoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • margarine (a little)
  • dry spice
  • so
  • beaver
  1. Cook the rice until all the water boils. Mix a little margarine, egg and salt into the lukewarm rice and mix well.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion, minced meat, boiled peas and tomato sauce in a pan. Add dry spices, salt, pepper.
  3. Make balls out of rice, hollow them in the middle and fill them with meat and pea filling. Roll the finished balls in breadcrumbs and arrange them in an oiled baking dish. Bake the balls for about 30 minutes. at 200 degrees.
