Snails with cheese.
Snails with cheese:
- 100 ml of water,
- 40 g of yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 600 g of flour,
- 1 glass of sour cream (180 g),
- 100 ml of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 100 g of peanuts and
- egg yolks for coating.
Snails with cheese, preparation:
- Put yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and flour in lukewarm water.
- Combine sour cream, oil and salt.
- Add water, with added yeast and flour, and knead the dough.
- Leave it to rest in a warm place for about thirty minutes.
- Then, add peanuts to the dough, mix everything well and leave it to rest for another ten minutes.
- Roll out the dough, that is, spread it with a rolling pin to the thickness of your little finger.
- Cut the dough into strips. Roll each strip into a circle.
- Cover the pan with baking paper and arrange the snails.
- Brush each snail with egg yolk.
- Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
