Raffaello balls in 20 minutes!
Rafaello balls, ingredients:
- 80 ml of water
- 80 g butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of powdered milk
- 150 g of coconut flakes
- 100 g of coconut flakes for coating
- 100 g of hazelnuts
Approximate preparation time 20 minutes.
Raffaello balls, preparation:
- Boil sugar and water for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Add butter and cook until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine the mass with coconut flakes and powdered milk.
- When you have combined everything well, pour the mass on a tray.
- Cover the tray with foil and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- You can divide the warm mass into equal parts to make balls easier.
- Take part by part of the mass, put the hazelnut in the middle and shape it into balls.
- Cover the balls with coconut flakes.
- Serve.
