Raspberry cubes - very tasty, quick to prepare, even faster to eat.
- 250 g of sugar
- 300 g of walnuts (ground)
- 250 g of margarine
- 300 g of biscuits
- 1 piece of wafer (sheet)
For the filling:
- 500 g of raspberries
- 400 g of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 g of margarine
- Mix the sugar with a spoonful of raspberry juice. When it mixes, as for sweet, add margarine, ground walnuts and ground biscuits. When it cools down, spread it on the square side of the wafer.
- For the filling, cook the raspberries with sugar, as for the jam. It is ready when the mixture leaves a mark in the jar. Add a cube of margarine and when it has completely cooled, spread it over the biscuit mixture.
- If desired, cover with chocolate glaze and cut into cubes as desired.
