You can make skewers from various ingredients. Adjust the quantities and types of ingredients to your needs and taste. I made them from the listed ingredients.

I bought Carniola sausage. Well, for a change. Although I had planned to buy kebabs in bacon, to cut them into several pieces and put them on sticks. I wonder what is so expensive about these sausages besides the veins and fat?! For that money, they could have had a slightly nicer smell 😉

ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium red peppers
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3 Carniola sausages
  • to taste: salt, pepper and crushed hot pepper

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Cut the sausages and vegetables into similar sized pieces.
  • Sprinkle with pepper, hot pepper and salt.
  • Arrange the sausages and vegetables alternately on the sticks (the order does not matter).
  • If you want to fill the pan (like me), add new potatoes (cut into smaller pieces) that you previously coated with oil and sprinkled with salt.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve the skewers with a salad and a side dish of your choice. You can see the salad in the photos.

What you don't see is vegetable soup with dumplings and vegetable puree (potatoes, carrots, celery). I served the soup before the skewers, and the puree with them. And after lunch cakes - roll from yesterday, koh from today and muffins from the day before yesterday 🙂
