Sautéed mushrooms with miso - Cvijeta Mesić
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon soupenamis
- 1 teaspoon of caffeine
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly or until they soften. Reduce the heat and add the miso and honey, simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to coat the mushrooms with the miso.
- Instead of mushrooms, other vegetables can be stewed - pumpkin, eggplant, onion, ginger root, sweet potato.
