  • 250 g of smoked bacon
  • 500 g of minced mixed meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 1 bun
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • so
  • beaver
  • fresh parsley
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it a little. Add finely chopped leeks and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the soaked bun, then add the egg, paprika and finely chopped parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste. Add fried bacon and onion to the mixture and combine everything well into a compact mixture.
  3. Form a 1 cm thick rectangle from the mixture on the greased aluminum foil. Place the whole boiled eggs in the middle, then roll them into a roll using foil.
  4. Grease the oblong baking dish, then put the meat roll, and bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  5. Serve with tomato puree topped with tomato sauce.
