Roll made of turkey gabions - Edita Haller
- One leaky gabion approx. 1kg
- spices (dry herbal seasoning (pepper, olive oil))
- 4-5 hard-boiled eggs
- Carefully debone the meat, remove the prawn and all the bones.
- Drain the meat well and marinate it in a dry marinade, which means salt it with dry herbs, pepper it and cover it with olive oil). Leave the meat like that for a couple of hours.
- Spread the meat on the parchment paper, place the hard-boiled eggs on it, and using a needle and thread, saturate it and wrap it up. Twist the wrapped meat from side to side. It must be like a salon candy. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C, occasionally adding a little water and turning.
- Leave the roast meat in the oven until it cools down.
- Cut into pieces and serve as an appetizer.
