Roll with poppy seeds - Suzana Mitić
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- a bit of salt
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- To coat the rolls:
- 200 g of cheese
- 100 g of ham
- First beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Add egg yolk and beat everything together with a mixer. Add oil, poppy seeds, flour, salt, baking powder and mix everything together with a blender. Cover the tray with baking paper, pour the mixture and bake it at 200 C for 7-10 minutes.
- Put the baked crust on a damp cloth and roll it up while it's still hot. Spread the cooled crust with whipped cheese, arrange the circles of ham and roll up the roll. Leave in the fridge to combine the ingredients. Serve cold.
