Fruit kugloff - it's quick to make, the whole house smells and it's eaten in no time. The cake is sweet.
- 4 pieces of apple
- 2 pieces of orange peel (grated)
- 2 cups of sugar (a cup is from yogurt)
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 0,5 bag of baking soda
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 bag of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of blueberries
For topping:
- 4 tablespoons jam (optional)
- 100 g of chocolate
- almond leaves (a little)
- 1 piece of orange
- Grate apples and orange peel, add sugar and let stand for half an hour.
- Add flour, semolina, baking powder, baking soda, oil, vanilla sugar and blueberry. Smooth the mixture with a spoon. It can be done without blueberries.
- Coat the kuglof with oil, add breadcrumbs and pour the mixture to bake.
- Bake at 180 C for 45 minutes.
- Spread the hot cake with jam.
- Melt the chocolate and pour over the entire kugloff. Sprinkle almond leaves.
- Decorate with orange.
- Cut as desired.
- Tip: The measure is a glass of yogurt.
