Motana cake.
Rolled cake, ingredients:
- 550 g of flour,
- 100 g of melted butter,
- 80 ml of lukewarm milk,
- 1/2 cube of yeast,
- 1,5 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and
- 180 ml of yogurt.
Rolled cake, preparation:
- In lukewarm milk, with the addition of sugar and flour, raise the yeast.
- Put flour, salt, melted butter, yogurt and prepared yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Knead the dough and let it rise.
- Transfer the risen dough to a floured work surface and spread it to about 0,5 cm.
- Fold the dough in half, cut strips about 1 cm wide, wrap the strips in a spiral and arrange them in a greased and floured pan.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the cake is nicely browned.
