Motana cake.

Rolled cake, ingredients:

  • 550 g of flour,
  • 100 g of melted butter,
  • 80 ml of lukewarm milk,
  • 1/2 cube of yeast,
  • 1,5 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar and
  • 180 ml of yogurt.

Rolled cake, preparation:

  • In lukewarm milk, with the addition of sugar and flour, raise the yeast.
  • Put flour, salt, melted butter, yogurt and prepared yeast in a mixing bowl.
  • Knead the dough and let it rise.
  • Transfer the risen dough to a floured work surface and spread it to about 0,5 cm.
  • Fold the dough in half, cut strips about 1 cm wide, wrap the strips in a spiral and arrange them in a greased and floured pan.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the cake is nicely browned.
