Omelette and sausage rolls – tasty and quick breakfast!

Omelette and sausage rolls - Marija Mirković
- 4 eggs
- some milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 100 g of small cheese
- 1 stick of sausage
- half a red pepper
- a small head of onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fry finely chopped onion and pepper in oil. Beat eggs with a little milk, add flour and mix well. Add pepper and salt. Stir in the fried onion and paprika. Heat a little oil, then pour half of the mixture, fry it on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle each omelette with fine cheese and roll up. Cut the sausage into thin slices, and wrap each omelette roll in a slice of sausage. Fasten with a toothpick. Bake in the oven for about 10 min. at 200 degrees.
