Spinach and egg rolls - a simple and quick breakfast.
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of spinach
- 1 tablespoon flour
- so
- sour cream
- beaver
- dry herbal spice
- tomato
- ham
- Beat eggs, add cooked and finely chopped spinach. Season with pepper, salt and add dry herbs. Stir in a spoonful of flour. Pour into the pancake pan with a ladle and make two thick pancakes from the mixture. When they cool down, spread cream, spread tomato and ham and roll up.
