Salad, side dish or main course - what does anyone like - salad, side dish or main dish, why not?!
If you add a little lemon juice or some vinegar, you will get a delicious and nutritious salad... Without acid, it remains as a side dish with meat or something else of your choice. Or the way I like it the most - with a spoon from a bowl as a main dish 😉

- 1 tablespoon oil of your choice
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 300 g of sweet corn
- 1 clove of garlic
- spices to taste: salt and pepper;
- greens of your choice: arugula (matilovac, dill, lettuce...)
- Sauté chopped champignons in oil. Fry them for a few minutes, then add corn and finely chopped garlic. Stew the vegetables for another minute, stirring, until the corn is soft. Season to taste.
- When serving, add greens of your choice. This time I used arugula.
