Salad with pasta, arugula and tomatoes - we usually prepare pasta as a main meal. This time it was used as an addition to a vegetable salad.
- 200 g spiral pasta
- 200 g of white cheese
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 1 g of granulated garlic
- 2 g of fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 100 g of cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 pieces of pitted green olives
- 1 small lemon (juice)
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- Salt the cheese if it is unsalted, add granulated garlic and oregano. Mix everything well and taste for taste adjustment.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the bag, drain and cool.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut the cheese into thin slices with a chopper.
On a medium-sized oval plate, first place the arugula, sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Place the pasta and cheese on top.
- Then spread the tomatoes, olives and cheese. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Drizzle everything with extra olive oil.
Cool and serve.
