Colorful turkey - a quick, tasty and healthy meal 🙂

  • 300 g of turkey breast
  • 1 piece of broccoli (head)
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 piece of zucchini (small zucchini)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • oil (a little)
  • pepper (salt to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 spoons of density
  • 50 ml of yogurt
  1. Cut the turkey breast into equal cubes, season to taste, add oil and soy sauce so that every piece of meat, when mixed, is coated. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Clean the broccoli and tear it into florets, clean the carrot and cut it into rings.
  3. Put them in a bowl with water, add salt and boil for 6 minutes. Drain from the water, pour cold water and leave them like that for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and drain them well so that there is no water in them.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a ceramic pan, add the meat and sauté it at a medium temperature until it is soft and slightly brown. Add cleaned and diced zucchini, slightly chopped garlic and finally broccoli and carrots.
  5. Mix everything well, simmer for about 5 minutes, add the thickener dissolved in the yogurt, combine all the contents and simmer for a short time to get the consistency of the sauce.
  6. Serve the turkey with a green salad.
