  • 1 medium peeled apple (optional)
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 small peeled lemon
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 spoons of honey
  1. Cut the orange and lemon into smaller pieces, and grate the apple and carrot. Place the fruit in a deep dish and mix with a hand mixer, adding water as needed (you can also mix the fruit in a blender. Add water to the desired density and strength of the juice (about 1,2 l of water). If you will use all the juice in a short time, you can immediately add honey. If you plan to leave the juice for the next few days, you need to boil it briefly - one key. When it cools down, add honey and pour it into a bottle.
  2. If you wish, you can replace the honey with another sweetener.
