I already mentioned that I almost always use smaller amounts of yeast. Feel free to increase the amount if you are used to using more yeast. It is not necessary to use a combination of yogurt and water, you can use only water, only milk or a combination of milk and water to prepare the dough.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 10 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 dl of water
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 50 g butter
  • 450 g flour type 400

For decoration:

  • 50 g butter
  • seeds and spices of your choice - sesame seeds, flax, chia, cumin, crushed hot pepper, pepper, mixed spices (oregano, rosemary, garlic powder), parmesan...

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Knead the yeast dough in the usual way - put quack, water, sugar and allo flour to rise, then add the rest of the ingredients and combine them by mixing.
  • Leave the wrapped dough to rise in a warm place.
  • Divide the dough into the desired number of parts, I divided it into 24.
  • The balls do not have to be the same size.
  • Coat each ball with butter - put the butter on your palms and rub it into the balls.
  • Then roll the balls in seeds and spices
  • Arrange them in the tray as desired, one on top of the other or next to each other.
  • Bake them for 20-25 minutes in a heated oven at 200 degrees.
