Savory pancakes - savory filled with filling, a great dinner.

For the pancakes:

  • 400 g. flour
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • mineral water (if necessary)
  • so

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 100 g. breadcrumbs
  • 200 years of cheese
  • oil (if needed)
  1. Mix flour, eggs, salt and water to make pancake batter.
  2. Bake pancakes.
  3. Make a filling from beaten two eggs and cheese.
  4. Fill the pancakes with this filling and wrap them like ribbons, while they are still warm so they don't fall apart.
  5. Roll each slice in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange them in an oiled fireproof dish. Lightly spray them with oil on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for ten minutes.
