Salty triangles, ingredients:
- 1 salty wafer
- 400 g of cream cheese
- 200 g of small cheese
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 2 glasses of sour cream (400 ml)
- 400 g of cheese cut into thin strips
- 400 g of thinly sliced Prague ham
- 50-100 g of sesame
Salted triangles, preparation:
- Lightly mix cream cheese, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a blender.
- When the mixture is made, fill the wafer.
- Filling wafer-filling (in a thin layer)-Prague ham again filling (in a thin layer), then wafer, again filling-cheese-filling-wafer, filling-Prague ham-filling-wafer, filling-cheese-filling-wafer-filling sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- The next day, cut the triangles...
