The recipe for pepper and apple juice, with its high beta-carotene content, helps your body fight against free radicals.

Pepper and apple juice, ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of apple
  • 0,5 piece red pepper (seedless)
  • 0,5 piece of yellow pepper (seedless)
  • 1 piece of beetroot (fresh, smaller)
  • 0,5 lemon (peeled)
  • 300 g of ice

Pepper and apple juice, preparation:

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables well and let them drain. Cut the apples into smaller pieces, clean the pepper from the seeds. Peel the beets and cut them into small pieces. Peel the lemon and cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process several times, until the same mass is obtained. During the final processing, insert a few small pieces of ice.
  3. Process the ice especially briefly to reduce its size.
  4. Pour crushed ice into larger serving glasses. Pour juice over crushed ice. Garnish and season the juice with fresh mint leaves.
