At the invitation of the American Embassy in Belgrade, in June of this year, the guest of Belgrade and Novi Sad was the famous American chef Chris Williams, who, as part of the Speakers program of the American government, toured the region and presented the values of entrepreneurship and successful small family businesses.
The goal of this program is to connect people and local communities around the world through the exchange of culinary traditions, customs and international experiences.
Thanks to the great cooperation with Secondary tourist school in New Belgrade, to her students, professors and director of this successful school and PUK Beogradske pijace, this charismatic chef who exudes the spirit of the American South and our famous TV star i gastonomad Nenad Gladić first visited the market in Novi Beograd block 45, bought ingredients, tried burgers, and then at the Tourist Secondary School, together with the students, they made several dishes and talked about cooking in Serbia and America. On that occasion, Chef Williams was also in Novi Sad at the regional gastronomic conference Food talk, organized by Color press group.
