Zucchini pasta spirals - pasta is very inspiring to prepare and you can cook it, bake it, mix it with vegetables, various cheeses, tuna, various meats, prepare it as a hot or cold meal, in a salad.
It is equally good in sweet varieties. So, something for everyone. This recipe, where pasta is combined with zucchini, is very simple and easy to prepare and extremely tasty.
Zucchini pasta spirals
Pasta is very inspiring to prepare and you can cook it, bake it, mix it with vegetables, various cheeses, tuna, various meats, prepare it as a hot or cold meal, in a salad.
Zucchini pasta spirals, ingredients:
- 400 g spiral pasta (lean)
- 1 cup soy flakes
- 400 g zucchini (young)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons ground greens (dried)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil (4+4)
- 0,5 bunches of dill
- 250 ml of neutral cream
- 300 g of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Zucchini pasta spirals, preparation:
- Pour about 2 liters of water into a deep pot and put it on the stove to boil. Add a pinch of sea salt and pasta. Stir and when you throw the key, turn off the stove, cover the pot and leave it for about 15 minutes for the pasta to soften. Strain the pasta and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix so that the pasta does not stick, and leave it aside.
- Put 2 spoons of olive oil, zucchini cut into cubes and spices except allspice into a deep pan. Fry the zucchini a little, add the soy flakes, which you have previously soaked in hot water, mix and add 2 dl of water. Let the zucchini simmer on low heat until they soften.
- Add spices and neutral cream and let it cook. Now add the boiled pasta and mix everything well.
- Place the pasta with the zucchini on a serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped chives, arrange a few sliced cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
