Serbian scientific television as a regional Discovery channel

On Wednesday, August 19.08.2015, XNUMX. the team of Serbian Scientific Television visited us, and we talked about the results of our company Linkom-PC doo in the past years, as well as all our projects: Network Training Center, Web design LPC, and especially about our online portal "Recipes and Chef Online". This attachment will be shown on the channel Serbian Scientific Television.

Serbian Scientific Television is a non-profit, non-profit and the first and unique educational television station of civil society in this area. It was founded with the aim of giving science, art, culture and education their rightful place in the media space of Serbia.

The initiators of Serbian Scientific Television are young academic citizens, i.e. experts, scientists and artists gathered in the organization "Knowledge Committee of Serbia", and guided by the same goal and idea of ​​creating a modern, innovative and change-ready society in Serbia - a knowledge society.

The primary orientation of Serbian Science Television is aimed at the popularization and promotion of science, culture and art, education and information. Given that such program contents are not sufficiently represented in the media in our region, this project represents an opportunity to bring current scientific, cultural and educational topics to a wider audience, especially young people, in an interesting and inspiring way.

From the first day, one task was set as primary: scientific literacy of a wider audience through a series of interesting contents, which would follow current achievements in all scientific fields. Serbian Science Television bases its program on a series of shows whose foundations are laid so that each of them follows exact scientific postulates, but also the most modern standards of television programming. Also, global monitoring of trends in the field of science, new technologies, as well as modern cultural trends is another important segment of the program of Serbian Scientific Television. Another important goal is in the foreground: motivating young people in Serbia to engage in science and culture.

Serbian Science Television follows all important international and domestic events in the field of science, technology and culture, with a special emphasis on events in which representatives of Serbia participate. Within this segment, a special place is occupied by news from science and culture, in which viewers are informed about the most important events and successes of domestic scientific institutions and individuals.

The shows, which are created and prepared in-house, are interesting and interesting, and primarily aim to motivate and encourage young people to step into the magical world of science and culture. Serbian Scientific Television cooperates with foreign and domestic reputable institutes, scientific foundations, universities and television stations, with which we exchange a part of the educational program.

This is a short list of only some of the shows in the Serbian Scientific Television's own productions, which are produced and broadcast within the program scheme:

• "Young scientists of Serbia" - a show about young scientists of Serbia who have achieved enviable results in various scientific fields.
• "Weekly dose of health" - a show about medicine in which different topics from this field are discussed every week
• "Historia" - a program about history in which viewers have the opportunity to learn many interesting data and facts related to both Serbian and world history.
• "Animus" - a show about psychology,
• "Futura" - the show deals with the problems of environmental protection,
• "On the couch" - a show dedicated to psychiatry and psychology,
• "Panta pita" - an educational show intended for children and youth, which in an interesting way provides answers to interesting questions that surround us, etc.

The management of Serbian Scientific Television has a vision for this project to become the leading educational media in this area in promoting knowledge, science, art, culture and art, as the true values ​​of every society.

Serbian Scientific Television has so far concluded an agreement with the following institutions and companies:

Serbian Scientific Television has a license from the Republic Broadcasting Agency (RRA) and is currently broadcast on TV cable systems "IPTV Telekom Srbije" on channel 197 and PTT KDS as well as on the entire territory of Montenegro, and part of the plan of this ambitious project is to signal Serbian Scientific Television will also be available in the networks of other TV cable operators throughout Serbia and the region.
