Strudel with chocolate and jam, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 egg yolk

File:

  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 200 g of jam

Chocolate and jam strudel, preparation:

 

  1. Knead the dough from the above ingredients and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then separate the dough into 8 balls.
  2. Roll out each ball as thin as possible and first coat it with chocolate and nuts, then roll it into a roll.
  3. Do the same with the second crust, just spread it with jam and roll it into a roll, then braid both rolls and put them in a baking tray. Do the same with the other crusts. Leave the strudel to rest for 15 minutes, coat it with egg white and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
