Tart with plums and apples – tasty and easy to prepare.
Tart with plums and apples - Marija Mirković
- 250 g of flour
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 70 g of sugar
- 120 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 apples
- 200 g of plums
- a little jam (cinnamon, ground chocolate)
- Make a dough from flour, water, sugar, margarine and eggs, wrap it in plastic film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut plums in half, apples into thin slices. Spread the dough with a rolling pin, then transfer it to the baking mold and prick it with a fork. Spread it with jam and arrange it alternately, a row of apples, a row of plums. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and ground chocolate. Bake for about 30 min. at 200 C degrees.
