At Testival #2, for the first time in Serbia, as part of the How to evaluate cheese quality workshop, a public studio evaluation of cheese was held. ????

She led the workshop Snezana Djuricin Kuštrimović, graduated art historian, trained milk processor (Cheese Artist) and trained culinary technician.

There were guests, and they were evaluated 🙂

✔️ – Verica Godjevac

👏 During the interesting interactive demonstration and study assessment, all cheeses received excellent grades, which is a great praise and encouragement for even greater progress and a step forward in quality for their producers.

🥇 During the workshop, homemade gorgonzola cheese from Ranilović Farm, of exceptional quality, was presented for the first time!
